At Kozo Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all items in original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
